PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. THE COST OF RETURNS IS ALWAYS borne by the customer. 

Can I return my order? 
Yes, you can. Products ordered can usually be returned within 30 days of receipt, as long as you meet the conditions. 

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and undamaged. Hygiene products and underwear cannot be returned. The package must have a Track & Trace code, and the return costs are always borne by the customer, regardless of location. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs. We must also be notified of your return request in advance. 

If you do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse your return. 

Did your product arrive damaged? Please take a photo immediately so you have proof that the damage was not caused by you. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Returns in 3 easy steps: 

Step 1 – Contact us 
If you want to return your order, please send us an email. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and attach a photo of the damaged product. Also include your first name, last name, and address. After receiving your message, we will contact you and send you the correct return address. Never return the package to the sender; you will receive the correct return address from us. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs. 

Step 2 – Ship your order 
Send the package together with the return form to the address provided. Make sure to use a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the package. Remember that you must return the package to us within 14 days of your notification. 

Step 3 – Processing your return 
After receiving your return, we will assess the product and process your refund. The amount will be refunded via the payment method you used for your order, unless otherwise agreed. The refund will be processed within 14 days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This is due to our commitment to a sustainable shipping process. Furthermore, you benefited from free shipping when placing your order. 

Since our warehouse is located in China, return costs may be high. Please feel free to contact our customer service to find a suitable solution together. We are happy to help. 

Statutory Right of Withdrawal: 

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to his or her commercial or professional activity.
