Sustainable and efficient delivery
We ship your order directly from our international warehouse. This allows us to offer a wide range of products that are often difficult to obtain locally. This method also helps reduce transport costs and CO₂ emissions. So you're not only choosing value, but also a more sustainable way of shopping – without compromising service or quality.
Free shipping – always
We offer free delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium, regardless of the order amount. Your order will be delivered to your home, without extra costs.
Processing and shipping confirmation
As soon as your order is placed, we'll start processing it immediately. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You'll then automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to easily track your package. In most cases, you'll receive the code almost immediately, otherwise within 48 hours.
Delivery time
The standard delivery time is 7 to 12 days. In some cases, such as around holidays or during extreme peak periods or weather conditions, delivery may take up to 28 days. We'll keep you updated on the progress via the Track & Trace code. Track.

Cancel order
Do you want to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. If your package hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we may still be able to stop the cancellation. Is the package already on its way? Then you can return it according to our returns policy once you receive it.
